Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Airsoft Workshop. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. Please take a moment to review our policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Consumable items such as BBs and gas cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.

  • Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization (RA) number if required.

  • Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure safe return transit.

  • The returned item(s) must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them for any signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

  • If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or a different variant of the same product, please contact our customer support team.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The customer is responsible for any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, as well as any additional shipping fees

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Used or modified items.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

  • Provide clear photos or videos that clearly show the defect or damage.

  • We will assess the situation and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
